MyIVO Manager

Double click the "MyIVO" icon in the system tray area, or right click the "MyIVO" icon and select "Open MyIVO Manager" on the pop-up menu.


 

1. Connection Status
  • General
    • "MyIVO User Email": current MyIVO user's email registered at www.myivo.com
    • "Computer Name": name of this computer
    • "Connection Status":
      • Connected: connected with MyIVO service
      • Disconnected: not connected with MyIVO service. A short description of the reason will be displayed.

  • Routing Information
    Describe through which communication server (CS) this computer is connected with MyIVO service.
    • CS ID: the communication server's ID (assigned by MyIVO service)
    • CS IP Address: IP address of the CS
    • CS Computer Name: name of the computer the CS is running on.
    "private" will be shown in "CS IP Address" & "CS Computer Name" if the CS is owned by other user. See "Communication Server Concept & Setup" session for more details.
2. Guest Invitations
To invite guest to a Web meeting, select "Send Meeting Invitation", see "Meeting" under Help for detailed instructions. Select "Outstanding Invitations" to lists current outstanding guest invitations. Theses are the invitations you sent but your guests have not accepted yet.
  • "Revoke Invitation": revoke/cancel an outstanding invitation.

3. Live Video

To enable live video, set "Video Refresh" to:

  • System Default - for video Web conference.
  • On - for remote video surveillance and monitoring.

4. Current Sessions
Lists current remote access sessions.

  • "Terminate Session": you can select a remote session and terminate it.

5. Preferences

  • Security
    • "Set Access Code": to set new access code for this computer.

  • File Transfer
    • "Top Directory" : specify the top directory under which you can download & upload files when you access this computer from remote.
    • "Top Directory For Guest Session" : specify the default top directory under which your guest can download & upload files when your guest is invited to this computer from remote. You have the option to authorize on each instance of guest session whether file transfer from/to this directory is permitted.
6. Software Update
Displays current version of MyIVO Server. You can download the latest update or check if there is a new update without downloading.

7. Communication Server
Communication Server is a component of MyIVO Server, See "Communication Server" section for more details.

    Communication Server Port

    "Current Setting": current port the communication server on this computer is listening on.

    "Apply": after specifying a new port, apply it to the communication server on this computer.

    Communication Server Status
    Indicates weather the communication server running on this computer is ready to provide routing service.

    "Try Again": to test if the communication server can provide routing service now.
